EPFAC Announces New Hire
Emily's Power for a Cure is pleased to announce that Madeline Burgess has joined the organization as its Executive Director.
In her new role, Burgess will oversee marketing, fundraising and evens, volunteer coordination, program development, and accounting for the 13-year-old organization.
A native of Copper Hill, Tennessee, Burgess was salutatorian of her class at Copper Basin High School before earning a bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She began her career in the nonprofit industry with the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Burgess and her husband, Doug, live in Dayton, Tennessee.
