Pink It to the Limit
Pink It to the Limit is the team of walkers & runners of all ages & abilities who participate in events to raise money for Neuroblastoma research with Emily's Power for a Cure. Since 2007, our team members have raised over $1,000,000 in donations for our organization! The money we raise goes toward finding a cure for Neuroblastoma and supporting families whose children are battling this disease.
Pink It to the Limit with Us !
There are options for all ages & fitness levels, and we will be with you every step of the way. Whether this is your 1st event or your 100th, you'll be ready on race day. We're not about being first to the finish line or crushing records. We just want to crush childhood cancer, and we can do that together with your help!

step 1: cHOOSE YOUR DISTANCE & Register
Our Pink It to the Limit team will be participating in the events of Erlanger Chattanooga Marathon. There are several options for all ages and fitness levels, from beginning walkers to experienced runners. You can choose any event that you'd like (see below for more info), and you will complete it on your own time at your own pace. Our team members will be meeting up at the starting line on race day if you want company, and the Pink Pep Squad will be at the finish line to congratulate you on your success!
Once you've chosen your event, go to the Chattanooga Marathon website to get registered. You can use the code EPFAC25 for 25% off your registration fee.

Kid's Fun Run
This is a fun and free 1-mile event for our youngest EPFAC friends. Children and their families can participate together.
Couch to 5K*
New this year, we are providing a training program for beginners or those who haven't done an event in a while. We'll help you get ready!
This is a flat 3.1 mile route that you can run or walk at your own pace, perfect for those who don't want to take on a longer distance.
A team of four people each do 6-7 miles. You can put together your own 4-person team, or let us know if you'd like to join a group.
This 13.1 mile course covers downtown & the southside and has some good flat stretches & a few hills thrown in for good measure.
This 26.2 mile course will provide a great experience by providing a safe course with great spectator support & a fun finish.
Get the best of both worlds when you participate in the 5K on Saturday and then choose to do the half, full or relay on Sunday.
This is a great option if you live outside of Chattanooga or can't be there on race day but would still like to support the cause!
*Couch to 5K members will register for the Chattanooga 5K. Our coaches will be providing C25K team members with personalized support and specific training opportunities.
**Virtual runners do not need to register on the Chattanooga Marathon website.

Why should you join us?
We will get you ready for race day, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. Our team members will have access to personalized coaching, will be invited to optional group training meetups, will get lots of cool swag, and will receive a weekly newsletter full of helpful information & tips for success. More importantly, you'll be supporting a worthy cause, and you'll have lots of pink angels cheering you on from above!
What do we ask of you?
We want our team members to be cheerleaders for our organization. Please tell your friends and family about Emily's Power for a Cure, and let them know why you've decided to join our team. Each Pink It to the Limit team member will have a minimal fundraising commitment, and this will be used to support our mission to "EmPower Families, Fund Research, and Fight Neuroblastoma." Adults will have a fundraising goal $250, kids/teens will have a goal of $100, and families will have a goal of $500. We will help you set up your personal fundraising page and provide you with all the tools you need to meet and beat your goals!

Although it may seem intimidating to train for a race or to ask your friends and family for donations, we will provide you with tons of support to make sure you're successful!
Our coaches will share sample training programs, offer optional weekly training meetups, be there to answer questions, and send out a weekly newsletter full of helpful information. We'll also provide you with the tools you need to meet and beat your fundraising goals. We'll help you set up a personal fundraising page and give tips to share our mission with your supporters.
We'll be there with you every step of the way...literally!
