Set Up Your Fundraiser Here

Training is easy with the tools we provide you! Our coaches will send out weekly newsletters full of tips and tricks, they'll share sample training plans based on your experience and race distance, and they'll also have lots of opportunities to meet up and train, if working with others appeals to you. You can join our FB team page, where you'll be kept up to date, meet other team members, and can post questions for our coaches if you need more.

This year, we are offering a couch to 5K program for beginning runners/walkers who are signed up for the Chattanooga 5K. This group will have a special training plan and will have opportunities to get together to work on race day prep. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone who is a first-timer or hasn't done a race in a while.

By joining the Pink It to the Limit team, you agree to raise at least the goal as outlined below for Emily's Power for a Cure. It may sound intimidating to ask your friends and family for donations, but we will provide you with all the tools you need to meet & beat your goals!

Fundraising Goals*:

  • Adults- $250
  • Kids & Teens- $100
  • Families- $500

*Should you not obtain this amount through donations, you will be expected to provide the balance so that you meet the goal. Fundraising goals must be met by the end of race weekend, March 5, 2023.
